Delete your account

Email us at contacto@meditar.app from the address you used to create your account, with the subject “Delete my account”. To confirm the request is really yours, we may ask you to reply from that same address.

We process the request and delete your data within 30 days at the latest.

• Your account and your email address.
• The device identifier tied to your use of the app.
• Your activity history inside the app.

Legal obligations (tax and accounting rules, for example) require us to keep the billing records related to your payments for as long as the applicable law demands, normally up to 6 years. Those records are not used for any other purpose and are deleted once that period ends.

If you have an active subscription, we suggest cancelling it before requesting deletion.
